Extended Access

Did you know you can have an appointment evenings and Saturdays?

Additional appointments are available between 6.30pm and 8pm Monday to Friday, and between 9am and 5pm on Saturdays for all our registered patients at our GP hub.

This may be a:

  • a face to face appointment
  • a telephone consultation
  • a video consultation

To book an appointment, please call the practice and speak to the team for an ‘out of hours’ appointment.

Home visits

The Surgery, with all its facilities, is the best place for a consultation. However, if you are housebound or too ill to come to Surgery, a Clinician will triage your medical concerns and may visit you at home.

Please telephone us for a home visit before 10.30am. The Receptionist will ask you for some information about the problem and also for a telephone number so that we can contact you.

Please remember that it takes a Clinician much longer to visit a patient at home than to undertake a consultation at the Surgery. Only request a home visit when it is absolutely necessary.
