The Receptionists are now trained 'Care Navigators' and they will be able to direct patients to the most appropriate professional.
The Receptionist will ask you to give a brief summary of what the problem is when you call to make an appointment. This will enable them to direct you to the most appropriate service. We are aware that most patients will still need to see a GP.
